Blocks, blocks, blocks

   The children watched as I stacked the colored blocks on top of one another. They smiled and reached for the blocks. The older children knocked the stack of blocks over, and some even helped to stack them back up. The younger infants held a block, touching it and even trying to lick it. They used their large and small motor skills as well as their early logic and sense of explortation.
